I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city and just steps away from a metro station. This made it so convenient to explore all the tourist attractions and bustling nightlife that this area had to offer. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort with its modern amenities. The room was well-appointed, with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and even an electric kettle for making tea or coffee. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist with any questions or needs that I had. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is excellent, with the metro station right in front, making it very convenient for exploring the city. There are also plenty of places to eat just a short walk away. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained, with fresh towels provided. Despite some noise from the street at night, the windows were able to shut out most of it. The hotel also offers a safety deposit box for guests to use, ensuring the security of their belongings.
The hotel's customer service could be improved, as some guests reported a lack of warm welcome and unhelpful staff.
